Momentum Wrap – Beer, Burgers and Drug Stocks On The All-Time High List

New Highs
31 new all-time highs among stocks that gained 1% or more: ATOS VIPS SNTS ABC BCC AWR UHAL RLGY BKW
80 new 52-week highs among stocks that appreciated 1%+ today. Some of the notable movers include:
- The same themes continue to transpire on the new high lists: housing-related ($RLGY, $NCS) and airlines are still very strong ($UAL, $CPA…)
- Drug stores and generic drug makers are showing relative strength. Even a dinosaur like Walgreen’s ($WAG) cleared new 5yr highs.
StockTwits 50 Highlights:
- Homebuilders gapped up on strong industry numbers, but profit taking at the open and general market weakness took their toll. Let’s see how they continue to act in the following few days: $PHM $DHI $KBH
- $CRAY, which makes supercomputers, made another multi-year high
- There was a lot more red than green on the list. Six of the 50 dropped 3% or more: $CSII $KORS $GNC $PRLB $MTZ $FTNT
