Momentum Wrap – Amazing Resilience

While the benchmarks are consolidating, dips are getting bought, breakouts are still happening as capital is rotating among different industries. IPOs and biotechs are still outperforming, which is always a sign of a “risk-on” mentality. It is getting a little jiggy out there.

New Highs

31 New all-time highs among stocks that gained 1% or more: OII MDSO HSNI RKUS AIRM WD CVI DDD BERY

109 stocks reached new 52-week highs while appreciating 1%+. Some of the notable movers include:

• Refiners continue to be strong and clearing new highs: $CVI $MPC $WNR

• Long-term care facilities are also on the run: $CSU $BKD

• Hospitals keep breaking out: $CYH $THC $HCA

• So are communication equipment stocks: $LORL $EGHT $ARRS

StockTwits 50 Notables

• $GNRC cleared an important pivot point and gained 2.5% for the day

• $XXIA followed through on yesterday’s breakout and reached another 5yr high

• $PIR cleared new 8yr high from a proper base

• $KORS continues to exhibit relative strength. Next pivot point would be a close above $55

• Other multi-year closing highs: $ACHC $MTZ $DDD
